Born and raised in Williamson County, Chase Smith is the ultimate Nashville native. He attended The University of Tennessee and now specializes in residential real estate in
Nashville and its surrounding areas.

Prior to real estate, Chase worked for several companies in the music industry in Nashville. His most recent role was with Red Light Management, where he worked with the 42ent group touring with some of Country Music’s biggest acts. Chase left Red Light in March of 2020 in order to help found TBD Management, while also pursuing his real estate license. His music industry experience taught him two things: nothing ever goes fully to plan and each new situation or opportunity will always bring about new challenges to work around. This experience prepared him for a career in real estate by teaching him how to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, finding creative solutions to problems, and how to work with all types of people on a day-in, day-out basis.

In Chase’s first 3 years in real estate, he has sold $75M+ in sales volume and overseen hundreds of transactions. This earned him a spot in the Top 20 Producing Agents at the largest brokerage in the state of Tennessee, Parks Realty. He’s received additional honors– being named 2021 Rookie of the Year, consistently placing as a Top 5% Real Producer for agents statewide, and, most recently, being ranked among top 1.5% of REALTORS® in the US by volume in 2023.

Branding himself as "That_Nash_Native," he focuses on serving the community that he loves so dearly and has been loyal to his entire life. In 2024, while at Parks, he founded the “Nash Native Team” alongside partner, Caleb Gamblin. With a swift acquisition by Compass of Parks, the duo made the proactive decision to find a new home in real estate at Compass Nashville. Their growing business necessitated a quick hire of a team agent in Michelle Knutson, previously with The Agency Beverly Hills. At its onset, Nash Native Team combined over 15 years of real estate experience and $150M+ in sales volume.
