Native. Local. Innovative. Established in 2024, Nash Native Team was founded by Nashville-born partners Chase Smith and Caleb Gamblin. The two first connected while working at Parks BroadWest and, following Compass’ acquisition of the firm, made the proactive move to launch their own team at Compass Nashville. With the addition of two additional team agents, Nash Native Team now combines over 18 years of experience and over $200M in combined sales volume, offering clients trusted expertise rooted in deep local knowledge.
