Native. Local. Innovative. Established in 2024, Nash Native Team is the combined vision of partners & founders Chase Smith and Caleb Gamblin. Both born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, the two connected while working individually at Parks BroadWest. With a swift acquisition by Compass of Parks, Chase and Caleb made the proactive decision to find a new home in real estate at Compass Nashville.
